1. Ebola outbreaks have a case fatality rate up to 90%
2.Ebola is transmitted to people from wild animals and spreads in the human population through human-to-human transmission.
3.Fruit bats of the pteropodidae family are considered to be the natural host of the Ebola virus,

5.The outbreak of 2014 originated in Guinea in March. The disease has spread to Nigeria, Sierra Leone  and Liberia.
